简介：1979年夏，上海。一天深夜，邮电所内公款被盗，公安人员赶到现场发现，公共汽车售票员林蔷（肖雄 饰）倒在血泊之中，随既送医院抢救。醒来的林蔷面对公安人员的讯问一言不发，似有难言之隐，这给侦破工作带来很大困难。上官剑（黄中秋 饰）在走访中发现，肖湘（史钟麒 饰）、范竹（韩炳杰 饰）二人和林蔷关系不一般，但很快排除了情杀可能。通过细致的排查摸底，上官剑了解到林蔷和肖湘在教育弟弟林尧（宝珣 饰）问题上时有争论，他决定攻心为上，打开林蔷的心结。最终，林蔷向上官剑诉说了一切。原来，正是她一昧的纵容和娇掼，使自己的亲弟弟走上犯罪道路......
