剧情介绍
某日，警察罗伯特（杰夫·鲍德温StephenBaldwin饰）在街边巧遇了一名毒贩子，罗伯特误认为毒贩子要想进攻自身，便首先对其开过枪，哪了解毒贩子的的身上压根就沒有武器装备，这也就认为着，罗伯特做为警员，杀掉了一个赤手空拳的人，等候着他的，可能是严格的裁定。这时，一位神秘人亮相，协助罗伯特摆脱了窘境，做为成本，罗伯特务必添加他所领导干部的一个特勤工作组当中。此工作组风格极其冷酷无情，执行任务之时推行格杀勿论的现行政策，罗伯特对于此事十分抵触，却也万般无奈。一次行動中，罗伯特放跑了一个可怜的艳舞女郎肯蒂（蒂亚·卡雷尔TiaCarrere饰），行動工作组获知这事，遂对肯蒂进行了袭击行動。
